A Taste of Culture – CultSense Learning Module 1
The first CultSense Learning Module is focused on Gastronomy as bridge between cultures. Why is food important in a culture? What can we learn from local gastronomies? In this module, you can find specific learning objectives, a contextualization on the topic, activities and resources.
The Learning Module is an open access tool that students and lecturers can use when planning lessons on gastronomy and tourism, gastronomic cultures, cultural sensitivity through gastronomy, among others.
